About

Claire was born and raised in East Anglia, she spent her early twenties in Cambridgeshire producing creative food for her own free lance cooking business.
She used her cooking skills to travel all over the world, developing her painting as her hobby. She keeps her paintings fresh and colourful with plenty of movement.
She met Paul, her husband in Cambridge and they set up their own vegetarian food business called Wicken Fen Wholesome Foods. Claire uses her Cordon Bleu training to enhance product development, for the company.
Claire, Paul and their 3 sons moved to The Borders in 1997, to relocate their business and they now live in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
Claire has exhibited at exhibitions in Northumberland, The Borders and Lothian’s including the prestigious Gymnasium Gallery at Berwick-upon-Tweed. At the highly regarded East Linton art show she was joint 1st in the Watercolour section. Professor Richard Demarco, the famous Scottish Arts critic gave her a special verbal mention for her ‘observation and movement’.
Claire specialises in hens, farmyard schemes and the countryside of The Borders which she has come to love.
She has also developed her own picture framing business in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
